Summer and warm winter days are best enjoyed on the sun terrace with a refreshing or warm drink. This invites you to let your gaze wander over the magical mountain landscape and pause for a short moment.

The location at the Karwendel nature reserve is an ideal starting point for hikers and nature enthusiasts. Winter sports enthusiasts can stop off at the Seealm from the ski slope and get back to the ski lift from there.
